4. Hosting
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (44 Montgomery Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA). When you visit the website, information is automatically stored in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits:

- Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)

Netlify also processes data in the USA. We note that, according to the European Court of Justice, there is currently no adequate level of protection for data transfers to the USA. However, Netlify has committed to compliance with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

When you use our contact form, the data you provide (name, company, email address, situation, message) is stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry and for any follow-up questions.
Legal basis: Processing is carried out pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).
Retention period: The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. For personal data from the contact form input fields, this is the case when the respective conversation has ended and no statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Email Contact
If you contact us by email, the data you provide (your email address, and where applicable your name and telephone number) will be stored by us to answer your questions. We will delete the data collected in this context once storage is no longer necessary, or restrict processing where statutory retention obligations apply.

7. Google Fonts
This website uses Google Fonts for the uniform display of fonts, provided by Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). When you access our pages, a connection to Google's servers is established to load the fonts. In this process, your IP address is transmitted to Google.
